Receipts & printing
After a sale, the receipt opens automatically so you can print it or hand a copy to the customer. You can reprint it as many times as you need.

Printing and reprinting
- Finish the sale. The receipt preview opens.
- Select Print. The receipt prints through your browser's print dialog.
- Need another copy? Press Print again — there's no limit on reprints.
You can also reprint an earlier sale's receipt from Recent orders, which shows the same preview.
Sharing a copy
Select Share to send the customer a copy. The share drawer collects an email, mobile number or WhatsApp number.
What's on the receipt
The receipt is styled for an 80mm thermal roll and includes:
- Store name, branch, address and phone
- Tax number and CR number (where set)
- Invoice number, date/time and cashier
- Customer, and — for dine-in — order type, floor and table
- The item list with quantity, VAT and totals
- Trade-in devices on an exchange
- Summary totals, including any cash-rounding line
- A QR code, logo, note and footer line (each can be turned on or off in receipt settings)
Which parts appear
The QR code, company logo, receipt note, footer line and printed date/time are all controlled by your branch's receipt settings, so different shops can show different details.
